Gym Training

Membership of St Andrew Boat Club entitles you to use the indoor gym facilities at Boroughmuir Rugby Football Club (located 150m across the road from the boatshed). The current daily rate for SABC members (applicable when you show your current valid Scottish Rowing Competition License) is £1, payable to BRFC only on days when you use the gym.

The facilities include:

Changing and showers

Sports hall (body circuits and other classes)

4x Concept2 ergometers

3x cross trainers

3x running machines

2x cycle machines

2x squat racks

1x Smith machine

Large selection of free weights (barbells and dumbells)

Various weights machines

Selection of kettle bells

Assorted core and other conditioning equipment
